The journey planner seems to show normal services. The text of the Engineering Works announcement is impossibly confusing. With works going on at seemingly multiple locations just what is intended for Belfast services? Is is Bus from Dublin to Drogheda and train from Drogheda to Belfast? The notice does not make this clear.

It doesn't help that the standard of English in the announcement is abysmal: there are elementary mistakes.
