ID Number

I was nearly refused travel at Cork today because the booking clerk at Sandymount had transposed two of the digits of my Faircard number when issuing my ticket. What annoys me more though was that when I got the ticket, I saw that the number was wrong, and asked the clerk to reissue the ticket, but he said it would be fine.

You did it by the book, you double checked the ticket you purchased and sought that it be rectified. All it would have taken would be to stamp the ticket on the front (each station has a stamp) and to write in the correct number.

Laziness strikes again

Ticket checker was doing it by the book.
