Of course once again the 5 working day notice requirement of the NTA contract is breached

Nothing new! Has anyone sued cie for such breaches of contract! They are a monopoly after all on the rail front

Mark Gleeson 14-04-2010 15:28

Admittedly we sought changes in the timetable and when we met with IE recently the issues we raised were accepted.

There remain service problems with Rosslare line services arriving Greystones late thus causing all kinds of trouble.

We are gathering evidence and will bring it to the NTA to demonstrate breech of contract, max penalty on IE is loss of 4 million euro
