So the missus was unfortunately clamped today. She expected to get a reminder text from NCPS but they didnt bother. :mad:

While I understand its her responsibility to have a ticket the following points should be made:

1- no reminder text sent
2- contravention is that no ticket was displayed (that could be said about all park by text cards)
3- b@stards scratch lumps out of the car taking the clamp off - they did it while we werent at the station (my oh had to go pick up the kids so couldnt hang around for them)



Also the notice was all in english...is there some requirement (As they are working for a semi state body) to also have the notice in irish??



edit -just went to appeal the clamping on webappeals.ie and realised that they didnt even fill out the enforcement notice, so its nearly impossible to appeal. Morons:mad:
