Leap Card to Drogheda

Anyone know of the plans to extend Leap Card to Drogheda. Leap people told me 2 years ago that "2 years approx."
Not even a whisper since. Would this coincide with extending the SHZ to Drogheda?...

Off peak on Northern line, why not run 4 carriages to link with Malahide arriving 5 mins before a dart and return north 5 mins after dart arrival. Surly no real need to run all the way to city centre...
