Exactly 3 weeks on from the "launch" - 09.05 Connolly-Sligo is still 29000 commuter railcar

The 05.45 up service from Sligo was 22000 but arrived 30+ mins late at Connolly

In my experience, delays due to signal failures are more frequent and more severe now than they were back in the semaphore days on the Sligo line.
That is quite damning.
