Trains leaving late

You see quite a lot of people running up to the train at the last second and pushing the button for doors to open. The 2nd or 3rd openings per stop can add delays. Plus sometimes if a driver sees you...

From up to date travel info

There's some good info from Inishkeen on the up to date travel info thread on slow trains: looks like it's variations in driver training/capabilities to handle the adverse weather combined with...

Multi operator

The most important thing here is that these are multi operator caps, as in you can travel on all three for max €30 (student) per week so you can mix and match your transport types. The short term...

If you build it they will come

Regarding the business viability: demand does not just always appear at once. It can build up over time as more and more people become aware of a permanent service that is easy/beneficial or that...

I find the state of rubbish shocking on the trains, but i'm not pointing fingers of blame at IE. Free papers are one thing, although i find it quite odd that we have become a newspaper littering...

Not sure if I count as a monthly (Nov '13 price change) or a cash ticket (Dec '13 price change), i'm a student monthly that pays cash from Dundalk but I couldn't see price change on the ticket...
