They do. I gazed at two poor sods being turned away from the 15.00 to Cork on Sunday, very efficient of IE as well, of course, have to do things like that to ensure the smooth operation of the railway.
Fact that the train then stayed at the platform for over half an hour broken down sort of debunks that theory though.
