The platform signs say "Clondalkin / Fonthill" which one would expect to be halfway between the towns of Clondalkin and Fonthill.

Irish Rail are, I understand, tempted to just call it "Clondalkin" - but this risks not alerting people to the new location.

The RPA plan to have a Metro West stop nearer Clondalkin village called "Clondalkin" and propose to call Clondalkin Fonthill the misnomer of "Fonthill" (Fonthill House is 3km away).

I would be happy with "Clondalkin Fonthill" or "Clondalkin - Fonthill".
