If there were drivers based at Limerick J it would be way better for the 6.40 Waterford - Limerick was swapped around and it may see increased numbers as it would be in Waterford at 08.15 which would be ideal for people working in Waterford. Hav never seen a passenger on the 06.40 from Waterford.
