The cheap prices are largely because they can't sell seats though.

When they started the route, they were on 5 a day, but come the summer, they'll be down to three a day (two on Sunday & Wednesday and one on Saturday).

Now, many would argue that they only started the route to hurt Aer Arann and now that they've done it they're returning to a more profitable schedule.

But, there are reasons that they are only selling the number of tickets that they are - no faster than the train or car, less flexible than the train or car, lower frequency than the train.
