Even providing through services Galway-Limerick Junction would be a big improvement. While the WRC provides complimentary Galway-Cork connections, it doesn't make vast changes. I'm not sure if it makes any real difference to Galway-Waterford as it misses the morning Limerick Junction-Waterford train.
