The 18.30 and 19.30 services from Cork to Heuston are delayed due to a points fault at Cork.

The fault is now rectified, and a combined service departed Cork at 20.15hrs.

Under our Passengers Charter, refund vouchers are available for delays of 60 minutes or more. Full details are available here.

Iarnród Éireann apologises for the inconvenience caused.

I could'nt resist saying this but That sounds like a rail company. I just hope IE will do things differently from listening to the public.... It does get a better response

That said to take 1 hour 45 minutes to fix a points fault is ridiculous
