Limerick Station redevelopment

Any concerns for passengers anyone can spot here?

Per page 9 it looks like some tracks are going to be removed but I'm not sure if current and expected service levels will require them or whether they were just storage tracks anyway.

It looks like those tracks aren't used at the moment.
