Default Extremely Rude Ticket Checker

This member of IE staff made the headlines yesterday.

I had my own run-in with him a month ago in similar circumstances where he was completely in the wrong. He was extremely rude and vociferous in criticising me for not having a ticket on a one-way journey but there was no facility to issue one where I boarded.
Other passengers were apalled by his manner and offered me their names/numbers should I wish to pursue a complaint.

I wrote a letter of complaint in the following days and heard nothing since..

Are there any others out there and what further action can I take..?

Please provide some context on the situation.

Where did you board, where we you going (different offices handle revenue protection depending on the route)

Which address did you send the complaint to (we can't follow up with IE without this), when was it sent?

Were you asked to provide a phone number? or asked to provide ID or anything beyond name and address?
