Default [19/12/2013] Enterprise - severe delays - several trains

I thought IÉ DMUs weren't cleared north of the border any more?

Not allowed for pre planned scheduled use bar the Newry morning train.

I have the paperwork from Stormont which allows it

Note need to check if it was an ICR or 29K

I think there were two NIR trains in Connolly since yesterday.

Is this a very recent, will we no longer see 29000's doing the odd runs like has being happening in the past and if its only recent does it explain the 22's visiting Belfast last month again?

It is older than the 22000 visit to Belfast, which I imagine had its own paperwork.
