two points:

1. The the big scheme of things (noticed T21 got a new logo, a sure fire way of knowing its heading south) fixing the junction dont amount to a hill of beans, and i'm sure those 6000 lads from the construction industry would relish the chance to work here as opposed to London foe the Olympics

2. As Mark points out - where's the 30 Million?
