Default [04-08-09] Train failure Clontarf Road

Due to a train failure at Clontarf Road Dublin-area southbound services are delayed by up to 15 minutes.

Guessed it would be enterprise

Seems to, but isn't. Customer charter kicks in at 30 minutes, not 60, for cross-border (CIV) services.
