Default Enterprise Fares and who gains?

This is a quick question, if anyone knows.

If I buy a ticket from Irish Rail for the enterprise, do they have to share the proceeds with Translink and vice-versa, when I buy a ticket from translink, do they have to share the proceeds with irish rail?

I presume they do have some sort of fare share agreement, where they work it out over the month / year.

There are 3 Enterprise train sets. For simplicity, Irish Rail maintain the locomotives, NIR the carriages, they seem to have separate crews, I don't know about fuel and sundries.

I wonder how much of a loss they are making with 7.50 day returns on nearly all enterprise services compared to 20 on irish rail but then its easier to get people to go to belfast these days!
