Default [23/9/2009] Connolly Station problems?

Just got a text of someone from work who is passing through connolly and appears a few trains have broken down and everyone just chucked of the trains.

DART services seem normal trains still running in both directions without any noticable delays

He just told me this

Two Darts terminated at Connolly blocking up the platform. My Commuter terminated on Plat 5, a Pearse-bound Commuter pulled in, everyone got on it, driver made an announcement, they all got off again and it pulled away back northwards. With three people still on it. And parked at the sheds.

Was on the commuter that pulled in at platform 5.
There was a dart 'out of service' on plaform 6 when we arrived about 09.30 after spending 10 minutes in the black hole of death outside connolly.
The dart left northbound then as above a commuter train with pearse station clearly written on the front pulled in on 6. Most of everyone who was on the maynooth train got on the pearse one. I could then see the driver on the phone making an announcement, but clearly no one heard him as he had to walk the train to get people out. Shocking to hear there were still people on it.

Dun laoghaire dart was a good ten minutes late too.

I've seen that happen more than once. Normally staff at Pearse are spot on as the train arrives, but you sometimes see people run to the doors as they are closing.
