Default Trains arriving early.

Irish rail swear they don't have the capacity to run more trains through the city centre.

How then can they justify leaving the 17:13 to Dundalk standing on the platform at Pearse from 17:08? Surely that is a waste of a valuable slot during the peak commuting time. They could easily fit in an extra Maynooth train or DART.

Yes, I'm just bitter because I missed out on a seat.

On a related note, the 17:07 Connolly Balbriggan sits on platform 6 from at least 16:45.

Just a note I arrrive at pearse at 17.11 and manage always to get a seat, if you go to the second last carriage 95% of the time when leaving pearse station there is always at least 5-8 seats free.
