Have an online realtime tram departure display like http://www.irishrail.ie/your_journey/results.asp - this is important at weekends and off-peak.

Security needs to be improved. Security staff can be quite passive, even uninterested in complaints. Need for phone number that passengers can phone at any time trams are in service.

Staff can be a bit invisible at times.

Some stops and other equipment need minor repairs and improvements. Some platforms drain badly, e.g Abbey Street westbound.

Some ticket machines can be slow / unresponsive.

The platform information displays need to be readable from anywhere on the platform.

The website is middling. The Travel Updates page should have every notice that affects operations - notices are often hidden on the News page instead, e.g. the ongoing Belgard platform closure.

Nextbus map display for SF Muni

Nextbus text display for Toronto TTC

(They had to take down the Toronto map view as it showed too well how routes weren't being managed properly with trams bunching )
