Default Dont use the real time suburban information thing on the IE site

I've noticed a serious accruacy problem with the real time suburban info gadget on the IE site over the last 5 days or so, its returning every train as being on time while they clearly are not

So its 17:39 its Pearse southbound

Platform display says
8 Bray
11 Greystones
18 Bray

But website says
2 Bray
7 Greystones
15 Bray

The website is wrong and is quoting the timetable as in all trains on time not the real world, the platform display is more than likely 100% correct

It seems to be working again however its very poorly designed so it gets very confused the most obvious problem is to find it shows the same train twice

I've noticed problems with this again over the past week or two. I work about 4 mins from Blackrock station, so I usually check it before leaving and go when there's a train due in 7 mins. Which in theory means I get there a minute or so before the train.

Recently, I'm getting to the station to find the platform display showing 6 or 7 mins, which means either the online real time thing is wrong, or I'm breaking the land speed record every day.

I agree...it might be posting the timetabled time, as opposed to the actual time. That's been be experience since mid last week.

Its at it again, its showing everything as being on time, and there are minor delays of up to 4 minutes going southbound

Please realise that the IE IT department is really really busy.

Yup, I checked it before leaving work yesterday, everything on time which seemed dodgy.
I apparently travelled backwards through time and arrived at the station two minutes before I left on my five minute journey.

Did you find where IE got their business model in the past then?!
