Why is the Red Line not going to Connolly? Points fault?

Risk of large blocks of snow falling from roof over station

There is a cordon around the platform area

I suspect its a matter of convenience / practicality. If they leave the points set for The Point, then they can't get stuck in the wrong position.

Those points were troublesome when they were installed for the Docklands extension.

I reckon Clonsilla might be in trouble, there has been nothing but continous heavy snow there for the last hour or two

Most Bus Éireann services around the country are operating as per normal with some delays and diversions in affected areas.
