Note sure why, as nothing on the LED displays, on IE website, and no announcements on platforms (certainly Lansdowne Road).
Bray to Drogheda seems to be central to the delays. When this Drogheda train reached Connolly, it was allowed to pass a Northbound Malahide bound DART, which was running 2 mins behind the DART. It made up about 10 mins of the 20 minute delay. Good thinking by someone!
