Belfast to Maynooth
I have tried and tried to find a way of booking a through ticket from Belfast to Maynooth without success?
Perhaps NI Rail do not recognise stations outside the Enterprise served stations? Can someone through some light on this please? |

Its strange all right
According to http://www.translink.co.uk/Fares/Enterprise-Fares/. You can get through fares for all intercity stations except maynooth! Wonder why?! |

Two tickets may be cheaper.
NIR tend to only record stations at the edge of fare zones. Try booking to Kilcock / Enfield and see what price it gives you. They calculate their fares as (the price from NIR origin station as far as Newry + price from Newry to destination in bands) .

As Colm says two tickets can be cheaper, as there are discounted Belfast Dublin fares
For the record the booking office in Maynooth can issue a ticket to any station in Northern Ireland, but again it would cheaper to book the Dublin Belfast leg online
