[11/09/2013] Dart and Northern line delays 8am

[Rashers]

First wet day in a while and delays up 15-20 mins to all Darts and Northern suburban inbound trains. No idea of exact reason. Was stuck for 10 mins between Howth junction and Connolly. Driver never apologised. Nothing on IE website. No platform announcements in city centre stations. Nothing vis LED displays
To make my delay worse, the Dublin bikes station was offline!!!
