[30/10/2013] All evening northbound services delayed

Per IE realtime northbound Darts running 20 mins late in the evening peak. All Drogheda trains will be delayed behind these. Only seems to be impacting Darts etc. Originating in Bray and Greystones.

Earlier incident at Dun Laoghaire, appears the gardai were involved. No trains moving there for some time which explains the mess
