If you search connolly to heuston on the irish rail website now you have the most frequent bus/laus service in the world.

One can only dream!

Its a fake

IE don't use Arrow they use Railcar in the 2007 timetable
The times are the same as the bus
Someone is either photoshopping it or playing a trick by sending faked data to the IE server which you can do

See below its real easy, 2009??

But somethings been disturbed on the irishrail website. I searched for connolly to heuston on the irish rail website and there is a bus/luas every minute from 00:00 onwards. If you go into information it just states departure time from connolly and arrival time in heuston

No no, I didn't photoshop...it's a screen capture from my computer.

Try it for yourself!

Go to www.iarnrodeireann.ie/dart or www.dart.ie - both go to the same place.

Enter 'Pearse' and 'Heuston' into the Journey Planner on the left-hand side.

See what comes up. Basically it is using the 'old' iarnrodeireann.ie journeyplanner (without ticket booking etc) rather than the 'new' irishrail.ie one.

And yes, I know you can't get a Dart from Pearse to Heuston; I only ended up doing this by mistake cause I wasn't concentrating...and it's easy to fix by routing timetable queries from the DART site to the irishrail.ie journey planning service.

Still, I think it could confuse a tourist.

Is it a case of someone typing in a maintenance working or something into the database by mistake? DARTS and others regularly go to Inchicore for maintenance.

Its a screw up by someone in IE, its as if someone put it in for us to find

Anyway the DART transfer is Pearse Inchicore direct on Tuesday mid morning without a change and it takes about 20 minutes in total

Well it just goes to show IE read the board, the underground has been removed and replaced with Bus/Luas

Hopefully the practical joker who set it up gets what coming to him/her

I'm consistent, good for ride quailty evaluation and so on

Also C33/34 seem to have more legroom

Sit in C33 have a look under the table... and no its not a power socket

There are a few hidden gems

Put in Glanmire and it will correctly give you Cork, before it was Cork Kent it was Glanmire Rd, there where 3 stations in Cork in times of old

Westland Row,Amiens Street, Kingsbridge don't work if Glanmire does they should talk about consistency...
