5min late - refund on AVE

wikipedia ses if the AVE train is more than 5 mins late you get a refund. it apparently never is late though...

you'll notice the spanish didn't buy any of the basque trains we got here though...

Have you ever tried buying a ticket to get on an AVE train???
I reckon you should be entitled to a refund for the hassle involved.
