Default Conditions of Carriage

Remember that you couldn't get the conditions of carriage on the IE website, so we got a copy and scanned it and put it online, http://www.railusers.ie/passenger_info/legal.php

Interesting that IE then put it online some months later, http://www.irishrail.ie/media/conditionsoftravel1.pdf

Challenge now is to find the page with the link on the IE site

Thanks - that's answered a question. My season ticket is valid to / from intermediate stations. As it happens, I have not been queried boarding / alighting at Portarlington instead of Portlaoise, but I did wonder.

Section 20.4.2 pretty much sums up IE:

Quote:
Iarnród Éireann shall be at liberty:
20.4.2 to suspend or discontinue the issue of tickets or to suspend or
discontinue the running of trains or to alter the times of starting or
arrival of trains whenever it considers it expedient to do so.

After playing around with some half-fancy google searches
http://www.google.ie/search?hl=en&q=...ravel%22&meta=

Title on front of document: Conditions of Carriage of Passengers and their Luggage
Title of computer document: Conditions of Carriage
Title of file: Conditions of Travel

There is a link here under "Bye-laws and Conditions of Carriage": http://www.irishrail.ie/home/terms_and_conditions.asp (doesn't actually include a copy of the Bye-laws)
