I'd love to understand this one

There was a door fault, but once they replaced the locomotive things where fine? Wasn't a door fault

Quote:
The 17.00hrs Heuston to Cork service was delayed due to a door malfunction. The locomotive was changed and the train departed 66 minutes late. This service arrived in Cork 89 minutes late.

The fault was on the door of the driver's cab?
