I'm on the 7.41 from Drogheda, and we crawled through Balbriggan. The driver apologised for the delay, saying it was due to a 25 mph speed limit between Gormanston and Balbriggan, and a 5mph speed limit for half a mile south of Balbriggan.

There was no indication of the reason for the speed restriction.
