Default Issues on Northern Line??

Are there any current problems as there is nothing on the Irish Rail site about any problems?

Apparently the 1320 ex Dublin will be heavily delayed as the failed train has not reached Drogheda yet

interesting to see it was dragged back from dunleer? usually 10mins from Dunleer to Dundalk and from Dunleer to drogheda! I suppose Drogheda has a maintenace section and is downhill from dunleer

Default chaos in drogheda 04-07-08

for some reason the 13.20 enterprise switched trains in drogheda. No reason was given nor was there any onboard announcement beyond an ie person jumping on the carriage to tell ppl to move to platform 2. Ppl from the incoming Belfast dublin train transfered to our enterprise. It was handled badly by the drogheda ie personel and plenty of complaints from Belfast passengers about the handling and lack of annnouncements etc

Sounds like the 13:20 wasn't equipped to operate in Northern Ireland

25% discount applies if more than 30 minutes late

There were delays of 40 mins to trains on the Northern suburban line late morning/lunchtime last Friday. I know someone who gave up and returned home.
