I purchased a ticket on Sunday for travel on Wednesday(today 14/1/2015). I intended to get the 7:26 am service from Mullingar to Dublin. The train did not operate due to the snow.
What is the process for getting a refund for this ticket. Is there an online version of the refund application?
Incidentally the train broke down in Carrick on Shannon, snow did not stop play poor maintenance of the train did.
