Ok then, here it is .....in a more light hearted manner.

People everywhere are prone to corruption, its just how much latitude we are given.

You can have the best justice system money can buy...such as America, Malaysia or Singapore.

You can have the justice system they dictate, which is China. Now occasionally, the chinese like to make an example of the occasional official or two. A bit like Ireland. But the real fun still goes on. As long as the odd Ray Burke rolls once in a while, the peasants are kept happy and thick.

Once upon a time, China was poor. Lots of chinese emgrated. Some of them even came to Ireland, where the best of them now own restaurants and make pots of money. They help support the other lynchpin of the Irish economy....called Paddy Power. To see the consequences of relying excessively on that lynchpin, please view Dereks new video....called "Debt".

Except chinese people are not all that different to a lot of Irish people. We like drinking, they like gambling. Theres a fair few I know that suffer from the 4 curses (Drinking, Smoking, Whoring and Gambling), and when they indulge, its hectic. Work hard, play harder. But it all catches up eventually.
