Top up at machine is instant
Top up online takes 8-24 hours to hit the card, there has been some difficulties with getting this to work on the ground. It did work fine and transaction 1 was performed by an RUI member during the trial
I know of 1 card which refused to be topped up no matter what was tried it just wouldn't accept an offline credit increase. New card was sent out to the customer to resolve issue.
