Rail Users Ireland is Ireland's National Rail Users Organisation. We were established in 2003 to campaign for improved services and conditions on Ireland's rail infrastructure. Our goals are to promote excellent customer service and the implementation of new rail projects in line with International best practise. We represent the thousands of rail users across the 26 counties of the Republic of Ireland.

Today marks the 40th aniversary of the commencement of commerical service on the DART

. DART proved all the critics wrong who claimed it would be green elephant, its first day was the busiest day in 150 years of railways in Ireland, approximately 750 million passengers later no one could imagine who Dublin could keep moving without the DART.

All journeys apart from those which include a Luas transfer are now available as Etickets
