IE are quoting 79.93% to 5 minutes which is the international standard. We should aspire to 95% or better. Its the worst performance for a month I've ever seen and this month will be worse

The all in number is 72% to 5 minutes but that includes bridge strikes and trains striking people. Within 10 minutes is 92% all in. Those are our numbers as distinct from Irish Rail's manipulated numbers
