Its not a clerical error, its got very little to do with the 2008 timetable. Its very simple Irish Rail don't have staff to operate numerous trains and rely on staff to work rest days and overtime. That is bad management and planning and they are now getting stung

There is a likelyhood of a further 9 trains a day being effected, most of which existed in the 2007 timetable, that would bring the number to 18 trains effected in some way

As is usual Irish Rail are using a smokescreen to cover the show up, note Irish Rail have never admitted to the cancellations Cork Cobh

If anyone is delayed by more than an hour by having to get a later train, you have a legitimate claim for a partial refund.
