Pelletstown station - permission granted

An Bord Pleanála today issued its decision to grant permission for the train station at Royal Canal Park/Ashington.

Maynooth line- level crossing incident?

Does anyone know the nature of the incident this morning at the Reilly's Bridge level crossing (XG002) over Ratoath Road, between Ashtown and Broombridge?

Ashtown as Gaeilge?

The Ashtown train station is "Baile an Ásaigh".

The Waterways Ireland sign along the Royal Canal towpath shows "Baile Áis".

Surely "Baile na Fuinseoige", i.e. "the town/townland of the ash...
