If we're lucky he might take his pet project (10 minute DART) with him or it will be his departing "achievement"

Ah the famous ten minute DART, the project to extend rush hour chaos and delay throughout the day to address a probkem that doesn't exist.

Looks like more trouble on the way, IE pressing ahead with compulsory driving training and 1% pay rise with immediate affect.
The DART project is like the 06.15 from Cork, its something he wants to see introduced so not a surprise they are going to push ahead and try end the training issue. |

If IÉ do get a new CEO, wouldn't it be great if it were someone who was interested in trains and rail services?

CEO was appointed last week Jim Meade
http://www.irishrail.ie/about-us/management-team It doesn't matter who is CEO (an outsider would help a bit) if there is no money
