NBRU reject by 82% but clerical union accepted according to RTE.

Default Two Questions

By law how much notice do unions in the Irish Republic have to give of a strike? I just wasted some time on google trying to find the answer without success.

Also in the event of a train not running because of a strike are you entitled to a 100% refund?

7 days notice is required by law

Yes you are entitled to a refund on any ticket sold prior to the strike being announced

Happens in the event of a strike if you are an annual ticket holder, are you entitled to a refund for those days you have to get alternative transport.
