Drumcondra Station - Sunday 4th and 11th November by Corporate Communications

Iarnród Éireann advises customers that due to essential engineering works, Drumcondra Station will be closed on Sunday 4th and Sunday 11th November.

Maynooth-Dublin trains will operate non-stop between Broombridge and Dublin Connolly on these dates.

The 14.55hrs Sligo-Dublin, 15.50hrs Sligo-Dublin, 17.55hrs Sligo-Dublin and 18.45hrs Longford-Dublin will all operate non-stop between Maynooth and Dublin Connolly on these dates.

Iarnród Éireann apologises for any inconvenience caused.
Once again no reason for these so called essential works, is it to fix the lift, is it just the station, it is exit validation or is it the track, will trains be using the Midland line instead? Will this cause Sligo services to depart from plaform 7 instead of 3 and 4
