Default [PR] Luas Survey - Tell us what you think of the Luas website?

My response to Q4.

Quote:
Realtime information, like that included on the Irish Rail Website would be useful, especially off-peak, Sunday morning, etc.

There are lots of journey planners out there - NTA, google, bing.com hittheroad.ie. but what is needed is one that ties in multiple modes and journey timetables, i.e. linking to a bus that only runs a few times a day isn't ideal.

Improving the website and on-the-ground information as to how to get to stops would be useful.

Many of the suggestions in Q3 do little to improve things for ordinary users.
