Default Reopening of Irish airports at 21:00hrs

The reopening of Irish airports at 2100hrs has been sanctioned providing the cloud between iceland and ireland doesnt move towards ireland and there are no more eruptions.

Although it could take days before the airlines service resumes. Some/of ryanairs planes are stationed over spain.
