At 0930 this morning, the IE website was still showing the 2006 timetables in pdf format. They had rectified the situation by 1130, but for 36 hours the main link was to an obsolete set of timetables. I know there was another link to the 2007 vesion and that the online version was OK, but this sleepy performance is what you would expect from the website of your local amateur dramatic society, not a national rail network.

Sorry if I'm a bit harsh on amateur dramatic societies.

I wonder why IE publish timetables that say
"Monday - Saturday (excluding public holidays)" and "Sundays ( excluding public holidays)" when they mean Bank holidays?

These only differ by two days this year as far as I can figure 19 March and 6 April.

Why not flag these in the timetable?
or add a line to the timetable to say to check for these dates and list the dates
Or decide on a fixed schedule for these holidays.

I was told only a few weeks ago that " Sher it's always a Sunday service on a bank holiday" by the guy in Rush and Lusk station. And yet today, a bank holiday but not a Public Holiday, a saturday service is running.
