Default Maynooth staff

I get the train most days of the week and usually get the 6.58. The majority of days a certain member of staff is seen at the entrance with a cup of tea resting on the bin and a puffing away. While someone else works the counter.

Whatever about having a break about an hour after starting work having a smoke as your customers arrive is terrible and gives a bad impression.

Sounds to me as if they don't really need this staff member if they can afford to do without them serving customers at the start of the morning rush.

Arrived just before 6.55 for the 6.58 to Pearse and the member of staff was having his tea and smoke.

No member of staff should be smoking in a public part of any train station full stop

Maynooth has its share of difficult staff, management well know this but don't seem to be in any hurry to sort it our.

There are more issues with them then just smoking outside the front door.
They are also incredibly rude and unhelpful with one particular person in the seeming to be on a mission to make everyones day that bit harder.

They appear to have a lot of new staff there now.
Some are even helpful and polite,it is making my daily commute a much more pleasant experience.
