Default Kilmacud Luas stop works

Are they building a car park or something at the Luas stop in Kilmacud? seems to be alot of construction going on for just building a wall and a new footpath. I hope they stick up a Luas sign for the station as well while they are changing it around, some amount of people have asked me for directions to the Luas stop on that road. They really need to stick up a sign as well for the Luas at the Beacon Hospital traffic lights junction too.

I'm told (but I'm not sure) that they're building a road back to Sandyford Industrial Estate along the top of the embankment beside the Luas line.

Yup. I had thought it was cancelled. It was origianlly meant to go from Stillorgan stop to Kilmacud stop to Dundrum.

That'll be good for the bus substitution once they finally decide to upgrade to full metro
