Default Connolly station roof

Arriving by train into Connolly earlier this evening I found there to be plastic buckets dotted around the concourse apparently to catch drops of water.

I thought the roof was relatively modern so this surprised me.

Platform area of Connolly and Pearse in an ideal world where money wasn't an issue would be replaced. Heuston had the iissue a lot before it got the new roof.

Smart-arsery aside, I noticed the buckets myself and they were right by the ticket machines in an area that was rebuilt in the relatively recent past. The platforms were nice and dry.
